This policy explains what information Harnessed Potential collects through this website, why we collect it and how we look after it.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us through our forms:

• Program sign ups: your name, age, contact details, location, program interest and, for anyone under 18, a parent or guardian's details and consent.
• Volunteer, sponsor, patron and contact forms: your name, contact details and anything you write in the form.
• Item donations: your contact details, a description of the items and, if you ask us to collect them, a pickup address.
• Money donations: your name, email address and the amount you give.

Payments

Donations and patron memberships are processed by Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe and never reach our website or our team. Stripe's own privacy policy applies to the payment itself.

How we use your information

• To reply to you and follow up on your sign up, inquiry or donation.
• To run our programs and keep participants safe.
• To keep records of donations, as the law requires.
• To send you a confirmation email when you submit a form.

We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

Where it is stored

Form submissions are stored in a private, secure database hosted by Railway. Only approved members of our team can see them. Confirmation emails may be sent through an email delivery service on our behalf.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our staff area uses a cookie to keep team members signed in.

Young people

Applicants under 18 need a parent or guardian's consent before they can join a program. We only use their details to run our programs.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email us at potentialharnessed@gmail.com and we'll respond as soon as we can.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
