Discover Potential | Develop Skills | Create Opportunities
Skills training and mentoring for young people in underserved communities, with a path to earning from what they learn.

Who we are
Harnessed Potential finds and develops talent among young people in underserved communities. We run practical skills training, mentoring, creative challenges and showcases, and we help participants take their first steps as entrepreneurs, so untapped potential turns into real skills and confidence.
Teaching a skill is where we start. What we care about is what that skill makes possible.
